What a fantastic way to kick off the New Year! the views from this hotel were absolutely breathtaking, it was like something out of a postcard. the pool was a great size and perfect temperature, we spent hours lounging by it in the sun. the staff were incredibly friendly and always on hand to offer advice about the local area. We were also pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast spread, which featured fresh fruit and tasty pastries.

The bathroom in our room was a little cramped, making it difficult to maneuver around comfortably. the location wasn't quite as central as we had hoped, meaning we had to rely heavily on taxis to get around.

Phenix Hotel offers a great location for exploring the island, with easy access to the bus system and close proximity to various attractions. Guests have mentioned that it is conveniently located on the cliff, providing stunning views of Fira, the capital, and the volcano. the hotel has a pool area where guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful environment. the rooms are described as tidy, clean, and comfortable, with some even offering private jacuzzis. the breakfast served on the terrace is said to be delicious and enjoyable, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

During our Easter stay, we were pleased with the impressive view which was the best aspect of the hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh produce and pastries that we enjoyed every morning. The location was also convenient to explore the surroundings and the nearby attractions.

The room was a bit basic and lacked some amenities. the size of the room was smaller than expected.
